Atlanta Glass Services

Would definitely recommend. We noticed a roughly 12 inch crack on our family vehicles windshield that continued to spread. We had to get the whole windshield replaced before it ended up getting worse and we had friends recommend Atlanta Glass Services! Brittany was very easy to communicate with and helped us schedule the replacement. We have three kids (one was a newborn when we needed it replaced) so it was SO convenient to have them come to our house to fix it. Michael was the tech who came to us and he was quick and professional. Everything was so simple and stress free.

I recently had my windshield replaced and Atlanta Glass was great to work with. Brittany helped when I first called and was very kind and made the process super simple. Mike was the one who replaced it and was efficient with his work. Hopefully I won’t have to get a replacement any time soon, but I definitely recommend them to anyone in need of a new windshield!

This is the place to go if you need your windshield replaced at all. I actually went to another place before them because this other place had a really great rating on Google but they ended up scratching my car and installing the windshield where it did not look factory at all. I then set up my windshield to be replaced at the dealership which uses Atlanta Glass Services. Michael showed up and went over everything with me and I showed him what the other people did. Once he was done, everything looked perfect. No wind noise or anything. If I ever need work again on any of my windshields this is where I'm going!

I have had the unfortunate pleasure of using the services of Atlanta Glass Services twice in as many years to replace the windshield on our X7. The good news is you can’t go wrong with them! Absolutely exceptional service, quality and craftsmanship. Camie is exceptional and both times Steve did a superb job. Not something I wish to anyone, but if your windshield gets damaged you can’t go wrong with them!

The two people who I spoke to on the phone were incredible. Kim(?) went above and beyond to try to track me down when State Farm provided them with the wrong number for me. Todd was great too. However, the experience of getting my windshield replaced was extremely different. I found Mike to be very unfriendly and just borderline rude. He also slammed my van door very loudly, and wouldn't shake my hand when we were done. The job was also not done very well. The previous windshield had a wide piece of rubber trim on the top. When he replaced the windshield, the new piece he used was about 3 times thinner. I don't know much about windshields but not sure if that thin, cheap piece of trim will even work properly. But at the very least, it is very cosmetically ugly because the thin strip does not cover up the rust that got under where the thicker strip was. Very disappointed and will not use them again.
